Business Registration Conditions
To ensure the integrity and quality of our service, use of the Flashtxt system is only open to bonafide businesses and those providing goods and services that generally match the offer categories available. Once you have completed the on-line Business Registration process an Account will be established with you as the authorised representative of the business. However, your Account will be held in a suspended state pending validation and acceptance.
Acceptance onto the Flashtxt system is at our sole and absolute discretion and you will be advised by email within 24 hours of our decision.
Generally speaking, established businesses operating from retail or commercial premises will be accepted immediately. However, we also need to be satisfied that the person establishing the Account has the authority to act on behalf of the business.
Larger Corporations or Franchisers are able to register multiple Business outlets or stores under their own brand immediately after the initial registration is validated. Business outlets and stores which are part of a larger organisation or franchise group may register themselves individually (subject to validation) irrespective of whether the head corporation has established them under their own Account.
Businesses, and their authorised representative who established the Account on the Flashtxt system, must make themselves familiar with the Terms of Use. It is a condition of ongoing registration that you comply with these Terms.
Inferex Pty Ltd reserves the right to unilaterally terminate any Account at any time without notice.
