Flashtxt Message Credits

When you register your business with us we create a Message Credit Account for you on our system. Each Message Credit entitles you to send one SMS message to a customer using Flashtxt.

As a special start-up offer from us, when you first register we will pre-load your Account with 100 Free Message Credits. You can then simply top up your Account, as you need to, using a Credit Card or PayPal account. The minimum top-up amount is $22. For accounting and tax purposes you will be emailed a tax invoice for the cost of the top-up.

Then when you use your Message Credits, you can view a summary for each promotion detailing the content of the message, the number of recipients and the date/time sent.

Prior to sending the promotional messages you will need to have sufficient Message Credits in your account for the number of recipients selected. If there are insufficient Message Credits, you can still carry out the promotion but the number of recipients will be reduced to the number of Message Credits remaining in your Account.

If you decide to close your Account, unused Message Credits (other than free or bonus Credits given to you) are refundable at their purchase cost on demand - less an administration fee of $22. Refunds will only be by cheque made out to your registered company name.
